We appreciate all our friends and family state side and mission side who give of themselves. We have churches, business's and individuals that volunteer their time, their skills, their finances and many prayers so that the mission and plan of God placed on Gama and I's heart comes to fruition.
In the month of April we had Baxter Chiropractic of Athol, MA raising money to help further the Water Tower project. We also had our Back 2 School Drive happening in March and April. Special thanks to those who donated and collected to benefit the children of Haiti. Thanks to the faithfulness of Pastor Vic and Rebecca Miller's church "The Erving Evangelical Church" many members of their church sponsor children to go to school and donated backpacks. Excel Church of Leominster, MA also took part in collecting donations thanks to Caroline Norton for organizing that. We also thank Jennifer O'Brien for gathering supplies in the New Hampshire area and Dean Boudreau for not only collecting all the supplies but also packing and furthermore driving the barrels to Boston for shipping.

It has been an amazing journey to see what God can do through those who come together all for God's glory! Since January 2018 we have been able to host a Christmas program, Monthly Birthday Celebrations, an Easter week long program, Community movie nights, and we have held other community meetings in this new Pavilion area. We know more will come as this is just the beginning!
Carleen came back for a week in April. Once again she teamed up with Cassandra but this time added Tyler and Flantorge to help with organizing our TOHH houses. We had a special project so that we can keep all our TOHH houses organized. Our first house was built in May 2015 with Team Toro. Since then we have been able to build a total of 19 homes. In order for us to keep track of all the houses and those that live in them we needed to put together a spread sheet and with that spread sheet comes a TOH number for each house. So this team of 4 went out into our community with a mission. Take a look at some photo's.
Celebrating April's Birthdays
We had an extra special birthday celebration this month as it was Cassandra and Flantorge's birthdays. We love sharing with our kids that God created them for a purpose and that God has a plan for their lives. That also includes our staff. We prayed that they all have a great year in Jesus!
We welcomed Team Hopkins (Mr and Mrs. Hopkins came with their three daughters). This was Mrs. Hopkins first trip and their youngest daughter, Abby's first time to Haiti. Mr. Hopkins and his oldest 4 children have been to Haiti over the past 2 years with Team Good News. We were very happy to have them together as a family. The Hopkins sponsor two children through TOHH and they have meet them on previous trips. This time their trip was more focused on spending time with their sponsored children and projects around TOHH campus. They were able to visit their sponsored child's home, they had dinner with their family and spent time doing crafts with the kids at the TOHH Pavilion. This was all incorporated with building benches and tables for our Pavilion area, fixing TOHH vehicles and spending time in our community.
