RECEIVING and GIVING

This has been a week of receiving and giving. We are so thankful our vehicle made it to Haiti safe and sound. Getting supplies to Haiti is a challenge of it's own but we have worked through it. Thanks to Angela's father (Dean Boudreau) who prepared and pack the vehicle; we have received donations of clothes, shoes, toys, Days for Girls kits and lots more to give out to our community.

One of the most important items in the vehicle that came was a generator that can give power to the TOHH guesthouse and Community Water Tower. Our old generator was fixed many times and worked non-stop for over a year and was not putting out a strong enough power to fill our water tanks. For over 2 months we were not able to give out clean fresh water to our community. Thank God for people with giving hearts because our community no longer needs to travel 3-5 miles down to the river for dirty water. As of this week, TOHH's Water Tower is up and running giving out over 1,000 gallons of clean fresh water a day.

This week we also received the last 2 barrels of school supplies. We have supplies to not only give all our sponsored children but to our future sponsored children.

Inside the 1st shipment of barrels we had new clothes given by a generous donor from Worcester, MA. It has been so fun to give out these new clothes and see these children's faces light up! It is a rare thing for these children to receive clothes that no one else has worn. Look at all these beautiful children as they attended church in their new clothes.

Each week more children are being sponsored by compassionate, giving new sponsors. This week another TWO children have been sponsored - Michelson Carries and Mylove Exama. It is our joy to help set them up for school. God bless you all who have invested so much to help these children succeed in life!  Have a blessed week and remember to stay connected through social media.
